How To Flash +4 Smart Touch Smartphone
Fix software issues of your Plus 4 Smartphone by loading a new firmware. The firmware has clean files that will make the firmware free from malwares or virus.

Download The +4 Firmware (Link Below)Extract the Rom to a desired Directory.Install ADB/Fastboot drivers (Latest recommended). (link below)Turn off the +4 Smart Touch device.Press and hold the Volume Up key and connect the phone (It should boot into Fastboot)Click on the 'Detect device' if not detected automatically.With the phone selected, Fill in the files by locating them from the Flasher tool.Click Start Flashing.Disconnect and power up when done.You should be able to power the phone up, Wipe the Device for for a clean start.
Note: For Smartphones showing the green android robot start-up error. The error seems not to be a software fault but rather a hardware problem.
